These terms apply to services provided under the Mapvanta brand by Asha Webtech IT Solution Private Limited (“Mapvanta”, “we”). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms together with the written scope or quote we provide.
1. Independent service provider
Mapvanta is an independent service provider and is not Google, nor affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of Google. Google Business Profile is a Google product. Google alone controls eligibility, verification, suspension, reinstatement and ranking decisions.
2. Scope of services
Services are delivered according to the scope, deliverables, timeline and price agreed in writing. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. Prices shown on the website are proposed launch prices and may change; your quote prevails.
3. No guarantees
We do not guarantee ranking positions, visibility levels, leads, revenue, verification, or reinstatement outcomes. We use legitimate optimization methods consistent with Google’s published guidelines.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and promptly answer reasonable requests.
- Ensure your business is eligible for a Google Business Profile and complies with applicable laws.
- Grant access through Google’s supported permission system. Do not share account passwords with us.
5. Ownership
You retain ownership of your Business Profile, accounts, content and listings. You may remove our access at any time.
6. Fees, taxes and third-party costs
Fees are payable as stated in your quote, in USD or INR. Applicable taxes (such as GST) and third-party costs, including paid directory listings or advertising, are additional unless stated otherwise and are disclosed before purchase.
7. Prohibited practices
We do not create fake reviews, buy ratings, use review gating, create fake locations or engage in practices that violate Google’s guidelines, and we may decline or stop work that requires them.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Monthly services can be cancelled with notice as set out in your quote. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions made by Google or other third-party platforms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh having jurisdiction.
